Adding Adobe Xd Embedded to your Board View

  1. Install the Adobe Xd Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on Add view

  4. Search and select the Adobe Xd app

  5. Open the Adobe XD file you wish to embed from the Home directory or your Files

  6. Select the artboard you wish to embed by clicking its name on your canvas
    When selected, the artboard will get a blue border

  7. Click the Share tab in the top-left corner of your screen

  8. Give your link a name and select a View Setting (any option will work).

  9. Set the Link Access to Anyone with the Link, then click Create Link

  10. Once Adobe XD is done loading, click the link icon next to the URL
    The URL to your Adobe XD file will now be copied to your pasteboard.

  11. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  12. Paste the copied URL in the Adobe Xd Embedded URL field

  13. The Adobe Xd file you selected should be visible on your Board View now
