Adding Adobe PDF Embedded to your Board View

  1. Install the Adobe PDF Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on Add view

  4. Search and select the Adobe PDF app

  5. Navigate to a PDF file that is publicly accessible from the internet
    Adobe PDF Embedded only allows you to embed PDFs that are publicly accessible from the internet, from a URL that usually ends with .pdf

  6. Copy the link to the PDF file you wish to embed

  7. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  8. Paste the copied URL in the Adobe PDF Embedded URL field

  9. The PDF you selected should be visible on your Board View now
