Opening the app
Go to a Jira project and and open an existing Jira ticket
On the right side of your screen, inside the Details panel, click Open Snippets for JSM
Upon clicking on Open Snippets for JSM the New Snippet Dialog dialog will open

Creating a Snippet
Select the folder you would like to add a snippet to
Snippets can only exist within the context of a folder.If there are no folders please make sure to create a folder first.
This can be done within the context of the New Snippet dialog by clicking on <create new private/shared folder>.In the Snippet title field, add a Snippet title that is easy to recognise
In the Snippet text field, you can add a piece of text you wish to use frequently while using JSMFill in a title for your Snippet in the title field

You can use support Jira smart values in your snippet to dynamically add contextual informationClick add snippet
Your snippet is now saved and ready to be copiedused 🎉
To create more snippets, click the Add Snippet button in the top right side of the application.

After creating your first Snippet, you' ll be sent to the Your snippets section, this is where you'll find all of the available Snippets you create..
To copy text from a Snippet, place your mouse on top of the Snippet and click the blue Copy simply click on the snippet itself or click on the button
To edit a Snippet, place your mouse on top of the Snippet and click the Edit button.click on Edit snippet in the triple dot menu
To delete a Snippet, place your mouse on top of the Snippet and click the Edit button. Then, click the red Delete button. To make sure you don't delete Snippets by accident, the app will ask you to confirm that you'd like to delete it.click on Delete snippet in the triple dot menu
To duplicate a Snippet, click on Duplicate snippet in the triple dot menu
In the Duplicate snippet dialog you can select in which folder you would like to create the duplicate
