Adding Google Calendar to your Board View

  1. Install the Google Calendar Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on Add view

  4. Search and select the Google Calendar app

  5. Navigate to Google Calendar

  6. Open the settings by clicking the ⚙ settings icon

  7. Click the Settings item from the menu

  8. On the left side of your screen, underneath Settings for my calendar, click on the calendar you wish to embed

  9. Scroll down to the Access permissions for events section. Check the Make available to public checkbox and click on Ok

  10. Scroll down to the Integrate calendar section. Select the URL from the Public URL to this calendar, and copy it to your clipboard.

  11. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  12. Paste the copied URL in the Google Calendar Embedded URL field

  13. The calendar you selected should be visible on your Board View now
