Adding Apple Keynote Embedded to your Item View

  1. Install the Apple Keynote Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on one of the items on your board

  4. Click Add view

  5. Search and select the Apple Keynote app

  6. Click on Settings

  7. Click on the Select a column dropdown

  8. Click on Create New Column

  9. Select Text or Link

  10. Close the item view

  11. Navigate to Apple Keynote

  12. Open the presentation you wish to embed

  13. Click the Collaborate button at the top of your screen

  14. Click the Copy Link option

  15. Set the Who can access setting to: Anyone with the link

  16. Set the Permission setting to your preference
    Both options are supported

  17. Click the Share button in the bottom right corner
    Wait for the loading screen to close
    The Share URL to the presentation has been copied to your clipboard

  18. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  19. Paste the copied URL in the Apple Keynote Embedded URL field

  20. The presentation you selected should be visible on your Item View now
