Airtable for Confluence

Airtable works like a spreadsheet but gives you the power of a database to organize anything.
Users can create a database, set up column types, add records, link tables to one another, collaborate, sort records and publish views to external websites.

Step-by-step installation guide

  1. Log into your Confluence instance as an admin.

  2. Click on settings at the top right of your screen.

  3. Click Find new apps from the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Find Airtable for Confluence via search.
    The appropriate app version appears in the search results.

  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial for Airtable for Confluence

  6. Click Start free trial, Confluence will now download and install our awesome app!

How to use Airtable for Confluence

  1. After installing the Airtable for Confluence app, the app will become available as a Confluence Macro

  2. Click on the plus button at the top right of your screen and click on Other macro’s or View more

  3. Search for Airtable for Confluence. Click on Airtable for Confluence

  4. Go to Airtable & open the Airtable base or view you’d like to embed

  5. Click on the share button at the top right off your screen

  6. Scroll down to the share link and copy the link

  7. Paste the Airtable link into the Airtable URL input box
    The Airtable for Confluence app will load a preview of your base or view

  8. Select the desired dimensions & click insert
    Keep in mind that one of both dimensions (width & height) needs to be a css unit

  9. Publish your Confluence page & your Airtable base or view will become visible!
    Keep in mind that tables are read-only, forms are editable.
