Adding Google Calendar as a Dashboard Widget

  1. Install the Google Calendar Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com dashboards or add a new dashboard

  3. Configure your dashboard

  4. Click Add widget

  5. Click on Widget Center

  6. Navigate to Installed apps and click on the Google Calendar app

  7. Click on the triple dot menu in the top right corner of the widget

  8. Click on Settings

  9. Navigate to Google Calendar

  10. Open the Google Calendar settings by clicking the ⚙ settings icon

  11. Click the Settings item from the menu

  12. On the left side of your screen, underneath Settings for my calendar, click on the calendar you wish to embed

  13. Scroll down to the Access permissions for events section. Check the Make available to public checkbox and click on Ok

  14. Scroll down to the Integrate calendar section. Select the URL from the Public URL to this calendar, and copy it to your clipboard.

  15. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  16. Paste the copied URL in the Google Calendar Embedded URL field

  17. The calendar you selected should be visible as a Dashboard Widget now
