App test

If you are having trouble embedding your Google Calendar, please take the following steps to test whether the issue lies with the app or the URL you are using:

1. Navigate to the Google Calendar Embedded app in monday.com (Board view, Item view or Dashboard widget)

2. Copy the URL below
   https://calendar.google.com/calendar/embed?src=c_pmholhs3bch94f55bpmirctrpo%40group.calendar.google.com&ctz=Europe%2FAmsterdam

3. Paste the URL in the Google Calendar URL field

4. If the Calendar get’s embedded without any issues, you can conclude the app is working as expected.

5. If not, please get in touch with our support team.

How to get the correct URL?

1. Go to Google Calendar and open the settings by clicking the ⚙ settings icon.

2. Click the Settings item from the menu

3. On the left side of your screen, underneath Settings for my calendar, click on the calendar you wish to embed.

4. Scroll down to the Access permissions for events section. Check the Make available to public checkbox and click on Ok.

5. Scroll down to the Integrate calendar section. Select the URL from the Public URL to this calendar, and copy it to your clipboard.
