Adding Canva to your Item View

  1. Install the Canva Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on one of the items on your board

  4. Click Add view

  5. Search and select the Canva Embedded app

  6. Click on Settings

  7. Click on the Select a column dropdown

  8. Click on Create New Column

  9. Select Text or Link

  10. Close the item view

  11. Navigate to Canva.com & open the file you would like to embed

  12. Click the Share button in the right corner of your screen

  13. Click the ••• More button at the bottom of the share menu

  14. Click the Embed button & click on Embed again

  15. Copy the Smart embed link

  16. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  17. Paste the copied link in the Canva Embedded URL field

  18. The Canva file/embed should be visible on your Item View now
