Adding Canva as a Dashboard Widget

  1. Install the Canva Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com dashboards or add a new dashboard

  3. Configure your dashboard

  4. Click Add widget

  5. Click on Widget Center

  6. Navigate to Installed apps and click on the Canva Embedded app

  7. Click on the triple dot menu in the top right corner of the widget

  8. Click on Settings

  9. Navigate to Canva.com & open the file you would like to embed

  10. Click the Share button in the right corner of your screen

  11. Click the ••• More button at the bottom of the share menu

  12. Click the Embed button & click on Embed again

  13. Copy the Smart embed link

  14. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  15. Paste the copied link in the Canva Embedded URL field

  16. The Canva file/embed should be visible as a Dashboard Widget now
