Adding Adobe XD to your Item View

1. Install the Adobe XD Embedded app

2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

3. Click on one of the items on your board

4. Click Add view

5. Search and select the Adobe XD Embedded app

6. Click on Settings

7. Click on the Select a column dropdown

8. Click on Create New Column

9. Select Text or Link

10. Close the item view

11. Navigate to Adobe XD

12. Open the Adobe XD file you wish to embed from the Home directory or your Files

13. Select the artboard you wish to embed by clicking its name on your canvas
    When selected, the artboard will get a blue border

14. Click the Share tab in the top-left corner of your screen

15. Give your link a name and select a View Setting (any option will work).

16. Set the Link Access to Anyone with the Link, then click Create Link

17. Once Adobe XD is done loading, click the link icon next to the URL
    The URL to your Adobe XD file will now be copied to your pasteboard.

18. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

19. Paste the copied URL in the Adobe XD Embedded URL field

20. The Adobe XD file you selected should be visible on your Item View now
