Adding Apple Keynote Embedded to your Board View

  1. Install the Apple Keynote Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on Add view

  4. Search and select the Apple Keynote app

  5. Navigate to Apple Keynote

  6. Open the presentation you wish to embed

  7. Click the Collaborate button at the top of your screen

  8. Click the Copy Link option

  9. Set the Who can access setting to: Anyone with the link

  10. Set the Permission setting to your preference
    Both options are supported

  11. Click the Share button in the bottom right corner
    Wait for the loading screen to close
    The Share URL to the presentation has been copied to your clipboard

  12. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  13. Paste the copied URL in the Apply Keynote Embedded URL field

  14. The presentation you selected should be visible on your Board View now
