Login to your Figma account
Head to Help & Account from the top left-menu inside Figma and click on Account Settings
Find the Personal Access Tokens section
Click generate token below and hit “Save”
Authenticate with Figma
You can authorize the Figma for Confluence app to access the Figma API on your behalf. This will give Figma for Confluence read-only permissions to all the files the authorizing user has access to, meaning that any file that you wish to include needs to be accessible by this user account ('can view' rights).
Manage authentication settings
To allow Jira admins to manage the authentication settings we created the authentication page. Navigate to Jira Administration > Manage Apps > Figma for Confluence > Authentication to find this page.
