In the full screen dialog, you can view designs with an interactive viewer that allows you to drag the design and zoom to get a better view of a particular design. You can either zoom using the buttons in the top center of the dialog or by pressing Ctrl/Cmd button while using the scroll wheel/motion gesture on your mouse.
