Go to sketch.com and sign in to your account
Open the project that contains the frame you wish to embed by clicking on its title or preview image
Select the URL in your address bar and copy it to your clipboard
Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu
Paste the copied link in the Sketch Embedded URL field
The Sketch file/embed should be visible on your Item View now
