  1. Install the Google Calendar Embedded app

  2. Navigate to one of your Monday.com boards or add a new board

  3. Click on one of the items on your board

  4. Click Add view

  5. Search and select the Figma Apple Keynote app

  6. Click on Settings

  7. Click on the Select a column dropdown

  8. Click on Create New Column

  9. Select Text or Link

  10. Close the item view

  11. Navigate to Google Calendar

  12. Open the settings by clicking the ⚙ settings icon

  13. Click the Settings item from the menu

  14. On the left side of your screen, underneath Settings for my calendar, click on the calendar you wish to embed

  15. Scroll down to the Access permissions for events section. Check the Make available to public checkbox and click on Ok

  16. Scroll down to the Integrate calendar section. Select the URL from the Public URL to this calendar, and copy it to your clipboard.

  17. Navigate back to monday.com and open the apps settings menu

  18. Paste the copied URL in the Google Calendar Embedded URL field

  19. The calendar you selected should be visible as a item view now
