  1. Log into your Jira instance as an admin.

  2. Click the Apps dropdown in the top navigation and choose Manage apps.
    The Manage apps screen loads.

  3. Click Find new apps from the left-hand side of the page.

  4. Locate Conversations for Jira Service DeskITSM via search.
    The appropriate app version appears in the search results.

  5. Click Try free to begin a new trial or Buy now to purchase a license for Conversations for Jira Service DeskITSM.
    You're prompted to log into MyAtlassian. Conversations for Jira Service Desk ITSM begins to download.

  6. Jira will now download and install our awesome app (big grin)!

  7. Enter your information and click Generate license when redirected to MyAtlassian.

  8. Click Apply license.

After you’ve installed Conversations for Jira Service Desk, ITSM please click on the Configure button in the app listing. This will allow you to configure the link between Jira Service Desk Management and the MessageBird Conversations API.
